Sarah K. Hodges (she/her) is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than eight years of experience in the field of mental health. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona). Sarah has worked in diverse settings with a wide range of populations, assisting clients of all ages and life stages.

Sarah is passionate about guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s complex transitions. Whether navigating relationship changes, career shifts, parenthood, or other significant life events, Sarah provides compassionate support and expert guidance. Her areas of expertise include life transitions, family conflict, anxiety, depression, relational issues, and stress management. Trained in various therapeutic modalities, Sarah approaches the therapeutic process with techniques that are evidence-based, effective, and tailored to resonate with each client.

With experience working with clients from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, Sarah is committed to providing culturally sensitive care. Her practice is inclusive, dedicated to creating a safe space where clients from all walks of life feel understood and valued. Sarah fosters a supportive environment, empowering clients to identify their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and learn effective techniques to achieve their treatment goals. Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Aaron, and her two young children, Noah and Mia. She loves to keep herself busy, excelling at multitasking, and using mindfulness meditation and movement to keep herself grounded.
