Wayne Klee (he/him) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Integrative Wellness Programs who brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s most meaningful challenges. Whether navigating emotional struggles, past trauma, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, Wayne offers a compassionate and collaborative approach that helps clients feel supported, empowered, and ready to make lasting change.

Wayne holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kent State University. His clinical background spans community mental health, crisis intervention, and private practice, giving him a broad foundation for guiding clients through complex personal and relational experiences.

Wayne’s therapy style is supportive, honest, thoughtful, and encouraging. He helps clients take meaningful, actionable steps toward greater resilience, clarity, and fulfillment by drawing from a blend of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, solution-focused techniques, mindfulness practices, and interpersonal therapies. His approach is grounded in cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed care, creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and inspired to grow.

Outside of his work with clients, Wayne enjoys traveling, reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his two cats, Tig and Nalia. He’s always on the lookout for a great book, a new hiking trail, or a sunny spot that hasn’t already been claimed by his cats.
