Taylor Olson (he/him), LMHC, brings a wealth of knowledge, a compassionate heart, and a commitment to authentic, meaningful therapy to the Integrative Wellness Programs team. With thousands of direct client hours and extensive experience across various clinical settings, including private practice, interdisciplinary teams, and addiction recovery, Taylor is well-equipped to support you on your mental health journey.
Taylor earned his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University in Vancouver, British Columbia, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Western Washington University. He is currently pursuing an advanced diploma in Existential Analysis and Logotherapy. Taylor has also completed specialized training, including prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD certified by Harvard Medical School.
Taylor's professional path is ideally aligned with his insatiable curiosity and dedication to understanding the human experience. His growth-centered and open-minded therapeutic approach treats each individual with compassion and respect, utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities to ensure evidence-based, effective, and tailored care. Passionate about guiding others through life's complex transitions, Taylor provides compassionate support and expert guidance, creating a therapeutic experience where clients gain deeper insights into themselves while identifying practical solutions for any immediate concerns.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys playing soccer and jazz music, as well as spending time in nature. He is passionate about reading and writing and loves sharing his favorite books and inspirational readings. Recently married to his husband, CJ, Taylor prioritizes quality time with him and their beloved, attention-seeking German Shepherd, Bongo.
